DynamicP System

DynamicP System "is an industrial Internet of things product independently developed by MSTN to provide professional services for intelligent monitoring.

In the process of providing environmental protection services to enterprises for many years, we have found that there are hundreds of cooling fans in the refining tower of the petrochemical plant area, which are driven by motors and belts for transmission. The belts may break or fall off due to their own aging, resulting in abnormal accidents such as fan shutdown and slow rotation. Due to the structure and nature of the fans themselves, they are all facilities on the top of the refining tower, which brings a significant workload to personnel inspection and equipment maintenance work.

 

 

 

 

Based on intelligent IOT terminal facilities, supported by mobile app platforms, and guaranteed by end-to-end services, MSTN has created an Intelligent Terminal Device+Mobile App solution for transmission system monitoring. DynamicP System is a comprehensive system that integrates advanced technologies, including sensor technology, data analysis, remote communication, etc. It can achieve real-time monitoring and fault warning of equipment and facilities. The sHead terminal detects the transmission status of wind turbine equipment through laser sensors, collects data, and wirelessly transmits it to ctBox through Lora. ctBox sends the data to the cloud through 4G communication (local deployment via Ethernet also available), and the user's mobile app requests information from the cloud server to obtain real-time wind turbine equipment status information and various alarm information.

1. Full monitoring

Realizing 24-hour full monitoring of various transmission equipment such as fans, and promptly detect abnormal accidents such as fan stoppage and slow rotation. The functions include motors management, abnormal alarm, historical data query, trend analysis, instruction issuance, data dashboard, etc.

 

2. High frequency detection

Adopting high-performance laser reflective sensors, supporting high-frequency detection with frequencies greater than 10000 revolutions per minute, non-contact installation, and a maximum measurement distance of 200mm.

 

3. Low power consumption design

It is designed with targeted low-power optimization for the laser sensor, and low-power Lora communication is adopted. Through multiple tests and iterations, the communication protocol is optimized to ensure that the product can work continuously for more than one year with the matching power supply, and the annual self discharge rate of the supporting battery is low.

 

4. Convenient deployment

The wireless communication is adopted, with a wireless communication distance of up to 1000m between sHead and ctBox. It comes with a matching battery, non-contact measurement, and on-site installation does not require additional wiring, making it ready to use.

It is the first domestic transmission monitoring big data product for the petrochemical industry, providing unique functions such as speed warning, trend analysis, fan belt life prediction, equipment life cycle management, cost and efficiency analysis for fan equipment.

The product has undergone on-site high-intensity testing, and has completed high vibration, high dust, and long-term testing operations under outdoor conditions at a detection distance of 200mm. The speed error is small, and encrypted data is transmitted using Lora private communication protocol to ensure data security.

MSTN monitored the belt of its cooling fan in a petrochemical plant area. Before using the system monitoring, each inspection took 1-2 hours, and the fan stopped and could not receive a timely message. After using the system detection, each detection took 15-30 seconds. It can provide intelligent functions such as fan stop warning, fan stop timely alarm, data analysis, etc.
